- Anxiety
- Depression

- Trauma
- Parenting
- Grief and Loss
- Emotion-regulation
- Divorce/Separation
- Blended Families
- Pregnancy and Postpartum Issues
- Stress
- Premarital
- Chronic/Terminal Illness
- Addiction
Although I do not provide medical treatment or treatment for addiction, I am passionate about collaborative care and understand that therapeutic support surrounding chronic or terminal illness and addiction is valuable, and often essential, for both patients and family members.
I am trained in Narrative Therapy and work with people to identify elements of their life stories, relationships and contexts that inhibit desired growth, satisfaction or change. Our families, work, peers, finances and much more influence our lives and emotional state, therefore I believe considering these systemic factors is important in therapy.
I have completed the Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) with Couples Externship, and I am passionate about helping people to heal and to create new positive connections in their lives. I incorporate these elements into my work, not only with couples, but also with families and individuals.
I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), as well as a state certified Mental Health Professional (MHP) and Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS).
