At times, life presents challenges that can make us feel stuck, dissatisfied, or unable to cope. I am passionate about helping people navigate these challenges, heal, and grow as individuals, couples and families.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I provide therapy for adolescents and adults in the contexts of individual, couple and family therapy. I truly love this work, and I am privileged to have the opportunity to meet people as they face difficult circumstances, and to witness positive growth and change.
I believe therapy can be useful for most people at one time or another, and that therapy is, most often, temporary. I am committed to helping you work through difficult issues, bolster internal and relational strengths and resilience, and, when you are ready, to move forward. Collaboration is essential in therapy. In early sessions, we will tailor our goals and therapeutic focus to your current needs and circumstances, and reassess progress and goals throughout the process.
Entering into therapy can sometimes seem overwhelming. I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation to answer any questions about therapy and to assess whether I am a fit for your particular situation and needs.
Establishing a trusting and comfortable relationship with your therapist is fundamental to growth and progress. If my therapeutic style or expertise is not right for you, I am happy to provide appropriate referrals.
Please feel free to contact me anytime with any questions you may have or if you would like to schedule an appointment.
